Kathleen Dunbar Headlines Las Vegas' Sin City Comedy, Now thru 12/23

The newest hotspot at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Sin City Comedy promises to tickle funny bones and more with its perfect combination of burlesque and standup comedy. Featuring a rotating lineup of prominent headliners, Sin City Comedy has announced Kathleen Dunbar as the featured headliner from tonight, December 17th to the 23rd.

A Wisconsin native, now residing in fabulous Las Vegas, Dunbar is no stranger to the comedy scene. She is a multiple award-winning comedian that has perfected a humorous routine with a sarcastic edge. Equipped with many personal life experiences, Midwest values, acerbic wit and sharp delivery, Dunbar effortlessly tackles subjects ranging from aging to sex.

The fiery comedian has an extensive list of accomplishments including being crowned the Comedy Winner in the "2003 Las Vegas Star Search" competition, as well as recognition by the Entertainment Consumer's Exchange for the "Excellence in Entertainment Sunrise Award" in 2005. The Entertainment Consumer's Exchange recognized her talent again in 2006 and 2007 by presenting her as the award winner for the "Favorite Comedian."

The Las Vegas Sun has addressed Dunbar "one of the brightest comics in Las Vegas" and What's On magazine proclaimed her "a sitcom waiting to happen."

Sin City Comedy performs nightly at 9 p.m. at the Sin City Theater, located on The Mezz at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
