econd Generation Theatre announces a one night only concert event, "PAGE TO STAGE: Three Generations of Broadway in Concert." The fundraiser will be held May 1st at 7 pm at Musicalfare Theatre (4380 Main St, Amherst NY 14226).

"Page to Stage" features the music of three of the greatest novels turned musicals of all time: South Pacific, Les Miserables, and Ragtime. These beloved classics will be brought to life by the finest talent in Buffalo theatre for one night only. The event will feature two short intermissions with light appetizers and desserts provided by Rizzo's and a full service bar.

"Buffalo has such a wealth of amazing theatre that we sometimes forget about the classics," said Kelly Copps, Second Generation Theatre's Artistic Director. "While Les Miserables has had a recent surge in popularity, Ragtime and South Pacific are breathtakingly moving scores that haven't been heard live in the Western New York area. The cast assembled for this evening is nothing short of spectacular, each taking on three separate roles in one evening."

PAGE TO STAGE is brought to life by some of Western New York's most accomplished performers:

Matt Witten (Emile, Jean Valjean, Father), Michele Marie Roberts (Fantine, Mother), Philip Farugia (Javert, Tateh), Arianne Davidow (Nellie, Eponine), Dudney Joseph (Marius, Coalhouse), Elena Feliz (Cosette, Sarah), Loraine O'Donnell (Bloody Mary, Mme. Thenardier, Emma Goldman), Eric Rawski ( Billis, Thenardier), Charmagne Chi, Matthew Iwanski, Ayden Herreid ( Gavroche, The Little Boy), and introducing Maria Farugia ( Young Cosette, The Little Girl). Accompanied by Griffin Kramer.
