August 23, 2013. Rochester, N.Y. - Geva Theatre Center's Artistic Director Mark Cuddy and Executive Director Tom Parrish are proud to announce the line-up of the 2014 Fielding Studio Series of contemporary plays, including two world premiere productions.

"We are fortunate to have the intimate Ron and Donna Fielding Nextstage in which Rochester can experience the very best actors performing the latest plays from America's hottest writers," says Artistic Director Mark Cuddy. "It's a stunning complement to the dazzling productions of size and scale that we create in the Wilson Mainstage. These four Studio Productions in 2014 will surprise and delight."

"The intimacy of the Fielding really allows audiences an opportunity to feel a part of great storytelling by great artists," added Executive Director Tom Parrish. "I hope Rochesterians will subscribe to this wonderful series. Each play offers something unique - music, mystery, comedy and drama."

This will be the third season that Geva has presented a series of four plays in the Fielding Nextstage. In this series, now named the Fielding Studio Series, the focus is on actors and playwrights. The plays, with their emphasis on character and story, provide patrons with a very personal and stimulating experience unique to this venue.
