Dave O’Neil has been pondering if things really were better back in his day. A time before mobile phones, computers and Kyle Sandilands.

Dave takes you on a roller coaster ride of his childhood – caravans, clark rubber pools and home made bombs. Now as a father of three young children, Dave ponders their childhood – organic frre range pizzas, yoga camps and friends called Buttercup.

Was life really better in the 70s and the 80s when every child was called David or Michelle? Are we better off with Tarquin and Forrest?

For people over thirty this show will be a confirmation of every thing they ever thought. For people under thirty, it will be more like a history lesson.
