The King's Critique at Art Lab

Art Lab is set to present a private industry reading of The King's Critique, a new musical featuring music and lyrics by Nat Zegree and a book by Eric Holmes. Directed by Tiffani Swalley, the reading will take place on August 22, 2025, in Cape Cod, in collaboration with College Light Opera Company. The cast includes notable performers such as Kennedy Caughell, Mason Reeves, and Troy Iwata, and the story humorously explores a fairytale kingdom where women challenge societal norms and seek their rightful place in the spotlight.
