Off The Grid Theatre Company is proud to present Peter Shaffer’s Equus, starring Steven Barkhimer and directed by Christopher Webb. Revered by many as Shaffer’s masterpiece, Equus will captivate Boston audiences with the grappling psychological tale of the motives behind a set of horrific crimes committed by a 17 year old boy. Part detective story, Equus was written in 1973 and quickly became a hit in the London theater scene, making its debut on Broadway a few years later. Staged in a 50-seat storefront, this intimate production will keep audiences on the edge of their seat.
