Celebrity impersonators, an award winning cabaret artist with Cape Cod roots, and loads of comedy mark the 2017 summer season at the Tilden Arts Center. "An Evening with Cher & Stevie Wonder, Lady Gaga, Barbra Streisand and more, featuring The Edwards Twins," makes a return appearance after performing four sold out shows at the Tilden in 2016. They expand their run for 2017 with a total of 9 performances and two shows on the Tilden Arts Center Main Stage.

Julie Reyburn grew up in Dennis Port, Massachusetts, and is a graduate of D-Y Regional High School and Emmanuel College in Boston. Since moving to New York in 1996 Julie has appeared off-Broadway, on tour and in concert halls from Lincoln Center to Carnegie Hall. Currently she appears as a regular cast member for the award winning series "Sondheim Unplugged" at Feinstein's at 54 Below. Ms. Reyburn brings her one woman cabaret show, Storyteller, to the Tilden Arts Center for one night only on July 28th. This musical journey weaves stories through songs and characters from Classic and Contemporary Broadway to the American Songbook.

Also for one night only, comedian Jimmy Tingle will perform on August 10th. Jimmy has appeared on The Tonight Show, CNN, Conan O'Brien, Fresh Air with Terry Gross and in his own HBO half-hour comedy special. Theatrical credits include four one-person shows. Born in Cambridge, Tingle has the rare distinction of winning Boston magazine's "Best of Boston" in two different categories, for "stand-up comedy" and "best alternative theater."

The laughs continue with Steve Martin's hit comedy, "Picasso at the Lapin Agile," opening August 17th in the Tilden Art Center's Studio Theatre. This side splitting comedy imagines the hilarity when two soon-to-be legends, Pablo Picasso and Albert Einstein, spar about art, science, inspiration, love, and the promise of the 20th century. Throw in a mysterious visitor with a penchant for blue suede shoes, and you're in for a brilliant and witty evening of theatre.

Reservations are highly recommended for these shows and tickets may be purchased online at TildenArtsCenter.eventbrite.com or by calling the Box Office at 508.375.4044.
