The beloved TV classic RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER: THE MUSICAL soars off the screen and onto the stage this holiday season! Celebrating Rudolph's 50 years on television, all of the favorite characters from the special, including Santa and Mrs. Claus, Hermey the Elf, Bumble the Abominable Snow Monster, Clarice, Yukon Cornelius, and, of course, Rudolph, come to life in the all new RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER: THE MUSICAL. It's an adventure that teaches us that what makes you different can be what makes you special. The wonderful holiday tradition that speaks to the little misfit in all of us plays at the Citi Performing Arts Center Shubert Theatre for 12 performances, from December 9-14, 2014. RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER: THE MUSICAL is the perfect holiday show for all ages and is presented in Boston by the Citi Performing Arts Center. The production is based on the animated television special "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and the stage production directed and conceived by Jeff Frank and First Stage, with script adaptation by Robert Penola, arrangements and orchestrations by Timothy Splain.

  • RUDOLPH THE RED-NOSED REINDEER: THE MUSICAL plays at the Citi Performing Arts Center Shubert Theatre, 265 Tremont St., Boston, Tuesday, December 9 - Sunday, December 14, 2014, for 12 performances: Tuesday through Saturday evenings at 7:00 pm; morning matinees on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 am; and afternoon matinees at 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
