Cirque Jacqueline, Andrea Reese's highly acclaimed one-woman play that wowed Massachusetts audiences and critics in 2005 and 2006, will return to Provincetown in a limited seven-performance engagement from August 25 - September 1, 2007 at The Art House. Cirque Jacqueline is directed by Charles Messina.

"New York actress/playwright Andrea Reese combined her theatrical experience with extensive research on Jackie O. and a startling resemblance to the icon to create Cirque Jacqueline, a compelling one-woman drama about Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis," states press notes, "In Cirque Jacqueline, we meet the real Jackie who hid beneath a carefully constructed public persona. The play covers Jackie's childhood with a womanizing father and abusive mother, her joys and struggles within her marriage to Jack Kennedy, her trauma during and after the assassination, her scandalous marriage to Aristotle Onassis and her blossoming interests and loves during the last decades of her life."

All performances from August 25 to September 1 are at 6:30PM, except Sunday, August 26 at 5PM.  No performance on August 28.

The Art House is located at 212/214 Commercial Street in Provincetown, MA.  For tickets ($20) visit www.CapeTix.com or call 866-811-4111.  For more information on the show visit http://www.jackieoshow.com. Appropriate for ages 12 and up.

Also appearing in the play, opposite Reese, is a surprise cameo by Paul Urban. Sound design by Charles Messina and set design by Victor Flynn.  Running time is 85 minutes with no intermission.
