The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) has announced that the hit production The Donkey Show will celebrate its 500th performance on March 8, 2014! To celebrate the occasion, OBERON is offering 500 tickets for the dance floor priced at $10 each during the month of March.

Since 2009, the celebrated smash hit The Donkey Show has provided the ultimate disco experience: A crazy circus of mirror balls and feathered divas, of roller skaters and hustle queens. The DonkeyShow tells the story of A Midsummer Night's Dream with classic 70s anthems. Directed by A.R.T. Artistic Director and Tony Award-winner Diane Paulus, The enchanted forest of Shakespeare's classic comedy becomes a glittery retro disco as lovers escape from reality to experience a night of dreams and abandon. After the show, the party continues into the night so you can live out your own fantasy of disco fever!

Through the years, The Donkey Show has gone through...more than 70 pounds of glitter, over 60,000 butterflies, and seen over 100 cast members!

Tickets can be purchased online at www.AmericanRepertoryTheater.org; by phone at 617.547.8300; or in person at the Loeb Drama Center Ticket Services, 64 Brattle Street, Cambridge; day of the performance at OBERON, 2 Arrrow Street, Cambridge. Subject to availability.
