Tir Na -- that really makes a lot of sense. I'd much rather collect unemployment as opposed to starring in a major blockbuster that will guarantee at least 6-12 months of GOOD pay and EXCELLENT exposure.
Whether or not you LIKE the piece, sometimes decisions on acting jobs have more to do with what's best for your career and bank account than if the work is the most groundbreaking, Pulitzer Prize-winning, critic-loved, creation.
