i know this sounds crazy but i called telecharge and asked what time they had in their system. i did this because sometimes our clocks are off by a minute ot two. so to make sure i just asked what time their system so i (and well you now too) could make sure we call as close to noon as possible. so i changed my computer clock because it was a minute off from theirs.
and if you look at what time i posted this, you can get an idea of the time it'll be the last thing i add before i post this so it can be accurate
so right now, i have the time as 8:56am
