Fill in the blank... I know that if there is a strike (man, I dread that word !!) and I dont get to see "Caroline or Change" again, (possible closure), I am gonna be so upset !!!
Forget seeing shows again. If I don't get to see Caroline, or Change I'll...well, to be realistic, I'll probably throw the mother of all hissy fits then sulk for a few weeks.
I'm very nervous about the strike because 'Aida' may not come back afterwards... I have tickets to see it one last time in August and I'll be heartbroken if I don't get to see it again before it closes. It's one of my favorite shows and I haven't seen it in a long time Everyone keep your fingers crossed for no strike... -Penny
PS [Update]~ I just became a Chorus Member on the boards with this post :) But I'm still very sad about 'Aida'...

I have clients coming to town during the week and family arriving on the weekend. If there is a strike, I'm going to be p*ss*d!
Ya know, you could always take them to an off-Broadway show....support off-Broadway!
(And if there's a strike, I would hate to see Caroline or Change close.)

if there is a strike and I dont get to see Caroline, or Change and Avenue Q for the FIRST time... the flood gates will open and all hell might just break loose
Rumor has it that it's starting tomorrow.. so if you had tickets for Norbert's and Kristin's last week, you're S.O.L cause if the rumors are true, that would mean tonight was their last show.
If I don't get to see Wicked and Aida this weekend, I'm going to be Wicked Pissed. Even if there is a strike tomorrow, it's possible it could be resolved before the weekend isn't it? I think this is all just a negotiating tactic. It'll get resolved.
Wicked_Elphie and I are sitting here freaking out. We just bought Aida tickets for the week after next. And yes, I suppose the strike could be resolved in a rather short period of time, right? But still, several shows are in danger of closing, it seems. *pouts*
I'm going to be in New York for just one week, and I have tickets for both Rent and Avenue Q, so this is my only chance to see those shows for a long, long while (since I live in California). If I'm not able to, it'll be a huge disappointment. One can only hope for the best.
OMG! If like, Wicked closes and I can't see it for the ten dozenth time I'm gonna like be so mad! At least it's gonna like stay open if there's like a strike and other stuff that's really dumb like Karuhline or Change will close! LOL. HEHE. Poor Kristin might not get to have her last show! OMG, she's like gonna freak and I love Idina! She's like totally the greatest.
