Posted: 5/21/03 at 12:50pmOk, I may be out of touch with what's going on, but a friend of mine told me the other day that his mom called him to tell him Dame Judi Dench had died! Is this true??? I can't find anything anywhere, and I'm sure playbill would've done something on her death, can anyone confirm or deny these rumours???

He had been ill for a very long time! Think it was in December! I think somewhere in the New York Times I saw she was acting in London on stage somewhere now!

Posted: 5/21/03 at 1:21pmI read that last Monday she was featured on a LIVE BBC Radio Broadcast performing in a short play with Alan Bennett titled "Two in Torquay".
My perfect day would begin at on the beach in Hana, Maui and end at a Broadway Musical.

Ok, I thought that was a lie. But he seriously believed it to be true. I was like "Ok that wasn't funny." Cuz I didnt' hear anything on it. It wasn't on the news, or playbill.com. Thanks guys for confirming the rumour.
