Was wondering if the Roundabout off-broadway production has any shot of being recorded? The fact that they have Rich and Happy in it makes me really hope that they do, would love to hear a modern recording of that.
I have no idea, but I'd think there's more of a chance of getting a recording for this than there was for Fiasco's chintzy mostly piano Into The Woods.
Merrily has a full band, and some great new orchestrations/arrangements by Alexander Gemignani.
I would definitely welcome a recording of this production.
