Would you guys mind sharing your experience attending the Drama Desk? The tickets are quite affordable. I know it's not the Tonys but am curious if it'd be fun/silly to check it out...

I went a few years ago, last row of the balcony. Quite enjoyed it, great performances, not too much "boring" talk. And to top of the night as I was walking to the subway after the awards I saw a ticket on the ground and as always I looked down at it and saw that it was for the Drama Desk After-party. There was no one around and I even stayed on the spot for a minute to see if anyone came looking for it (was just two blocks from the party location). No one came so I figured I might as well use it. So yeah surprise After-party!
