If you contact ticketmaster they will refund you the cost of one ticket and put it back on sale.

really?  That's new, or is that how it works in the UK?  I don't think I"m ever allowed to do that here in the States.  Will definitely look into it.  thank you

Yes, its part of the prevention of people reselling at high prices. I think you have until a week or so before the event to get a refund.

Also, when you pick up if you still haven't gotten rid of it they will have someone from the cancelation line buy it from you.  But they monitor it very strictly so as that no one can make any money off the tickets.
