Posted: 11/19/17 at 7:54pmWe’re seeing Hamilton in about 50 days and the tickets are at the box office. We’ll get them when we arrive which is fine. I figured while I’m in NYC, grab my DEH tickets for May that are sitting at the box office. Is that possible? WIll they print tickets for May in January? If not, I’ll be in NYC seeing Anastasia and Frozen in May also so I could just grab them then.

You may have to call Telecharge ahead of time. To dissuade scalpers, they’ve been printing and emailing tickets close in time to the performances. But you can call telecharge and I explain and ask them to authorize the box office to print early. I saw a woman do that on Friday for her April tickets.

They typically will hand them out in advance, but why not just... pick them up on the day?
