Hi,

I was wondering for those who've seen Hamilton in Chicago, which you think would be better seats, Orch ZZ center (limited view) or Orchestra R left side (it doesn't say obstructed but I'm thinking it must be if it's on the side.) Trying to get a last minute present for family and don't know which to buy. Thanks so much for any insight.

I sat right orch on the end, (close to center), what seat is this one?

Thanks so much for your response. They are stubhub, so it doesn't say seat numbers for row r just row r orch right but it doesn't say obstructed or lined view which makes me think it's not at the end. Row ZZ just says dead center in notes.

I enjoyed, but I was sitting in 'premium' seats, so it may be a different story. I was row G? I can't remember exactly

That theater has some horrid sight-lines throughout... proceed with caution.

there are posts in the back of the theatre definitely obstructing the view of some seats so proceed with caution with those seats. they are not large but can be bothersome.

Here is view from row ZZ center:  https://aviewfrommyseat.com/photo/79096/CIBC+Theatre/section-Orchestra+C/row-ZZ/seat-120/.  Comment on that view from the poster is that you don't really see the second level of the stage when actors come on.

We sat in Row R right orchestra.  We had full price seats and were third, fourth and fifth seats in from the aisle.  The far right side of the stage, including the levels, are not viewable - but you don't miss much.  There will be some times when you will hear a voice, but not hear anybody.  Here was our view:  https://aviewfrommyseat.com/photo/64196/CIBC+Theatre/section-Orchestra+R/row-R/seat-10%2C12%2C14/

Here is a view from Orc Left, Row R seat 11, which is five seats in from the aisle:  https://aviewfrommyseat.com/photo/67730/CIBC+Theatre/section-Orchestra+L/row-R/seat-11/

and Orch Left, Row S seat 17 - so one row back and further to the left:  https://aviewfrommyseat.com/photo/66399/CIBC+Theatre/section-Orchestra+L/row-S/seat-17/
