I enjoyed it dramamama. My point about Prospero is mostly a quibble. I'm totally glad I saw it. I wonder how incredible it might have been with a really great Prospero.

Got to the theatre at 11:45am Saturday to buy standing room for the matinee. I was the only one there! At about five to noon, a mad rush of people came along. First in line, I ended up buying a seat on the aisle, three rows behind the break. What an amazing show!

Completely off topic... My favorite Tom Waits song by way of the theater is Bebe Neuwirth singing Invitation to the Blues from her 54 Below album. It's so great. She's so great.
I'd love to hear some of the songs from this production.

Really enjoyed the show, and I am pretty sure it will make NY, the real question is Bway or Off-Bway. Next stop is Costa Mesa Aug-Sept.
