I am hoping someone can help me out. I have never redeemed Audience Rewards points for tickets before. I see that After Midnight is offering "select orchestra" seating for certain performances for a reduced amount of points. Has anyone tried this? If so, what are the seats like in this type of situation? Any help would be appreciated.
Same subject different track, I had showed up on the wrong day for After Midnight (long story) for which I had Aud Rewards seats. I asked the box office if they could switch the tickets from the next week to that night because I was there. He said he couldn't because those seats are treated as comps.
We went to TKTS and saw another show, came back the next week and our seats were on the aisle five or six rows from the stage - great seats.
I had Audience Rewards tickets for The Velocity of Autumn, and when Estelle was out, I was able to call Audience Rewards and have them exchanged for another night. Not the exact situation, but you may have had better luck calling Audience Rewards. The box office did not want to exchange the ticket for me that night...
I used Audience Rewards for After Midnight for a Tuesday in December with the Select Orchestra tickets and ended up front row center. I guess that isn't the norm, but you may luck out.
Sorry to revive this old thread, but I had a quick and random question about Audience Rewards. Has anyone used it for Finding Neverland recently? Just curious as to where the seats have been and whether it is worth using 1,000 + $30. Bias aside, I enjoyed the show and would like to return when the lead has been re-cast.
I understand why but it still annoys me that Bonus Points stay pending until after you've used those tickets. If I'd known that I wouldn't have booked tickets in March.
