At one point, the libretto to this musical was online in it's entirety, and I had cut and pasted it here, but it's now been removed, so I did the same.
Psyduck got his own bow in curtain calls.

i saw it live too. it really was awful. looking back i relize just how bad it was- i looked soo 90's LOL. I really disliked the wig they had Andrew in- it looked nothing like the cartoon at all. the actors really did not fit their cartoon counterparts at all.
I have to say I'd probably go for a Pokemon musical that used the songs from the original Japanese version and delved into the episodes never shown in the US

You know what? I changed my mind after watching more of it. This is epic in a way it clearly wasn't intended to be. This doesn't seem much like an official "make money off the kiddies" show nearly as much as it seems like a well-intentioned but tongue-deep-into-cheek fan homage-parody musical.
I mean, come on. Ash turning on the original Pokemon theme song and dancing in his underwear? A Professor Oak apparently in love with Ash's Mom but still insanely super-camp? Throw in a few expletives and it could be Starkid.
I am watching it right now... and it seems be a sincere attempt!! What brings it down is the horrible "puppets" (which just sit there) and the set. The lighting, music, and script are fun and really true to the pokemon legacy.
