Hey everyone! So in a few months, a group of about 9-11 seniors (myself included) is doing a Theater Independent Study at our school. We've been having trouble finding a good show with a small enough cast, especially because we are a little light on guys. In case it affects show recommendations, we have 1 high voiced soprano, 1 tenor, 2 basses, and 5-6 altos, depending on possible schedule changes for one of us. Thankfully, most of our altos can sing soprano 2 and tenor, but any recommendations are super welcome! Thanks in advance!

13 the musical (I'm doing it. Despite you being older than thirteen, it's more age appropriate for you). Spelling Bee. Spring Awakening. Avenue Q. Possibly Les Mis. Rent is a good one. Possibly Next to Normal. Hoped this helped!

Thanks!! Next to Normal and Spelling Bee are in the running, but I'll suggest 13 at our next planning meeting!

What about 35 mm or songs for a new world like a song cycle musical. That could be fun.

Spelling bee would be great. As well as Charlie Brown. Little Women, the Fantasticks, Beehive, Rent, Dogfight, American Idiot, Title of show, Assassins.
