LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, the musical, opens at the Village Players Playhouse on March 1.

Director Kevin Branshaw promises that the Village Players version contains some special "tweaks." Branshaw, a Novi resident, has been associated with LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS in seven different productions.

For LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS also "contains a love story about the florist shop clerk who nurtures the plant and the girl he worships from afar. They are played by Jude Purcell of Troy and Lindsey Brenz, also of Troy. Complicating the love triangle is a sadistic dentist played by Jason Dilly of Franklin. And we don't want to forget the florist shop owner, played by Clawson resident Dave Genette."

LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, musical spoof.
