Bach in Baltimore Founder and Maestro T. Herbert Dimmock leads the Bach in Baltimore Choir and Orchestra, and soprano, alto, tenor, and bass soloists for Bach’s towering masterpiece: St. John Passion on Sunday, April 2 at 4 PM at Church of the Resurrection, 11525 Greenspring Avenue, Lutherville-Timonium. In Bach’s setting of the Passion according to St. John, we find all the musical forms of the high Baroque being utilized—full of pageantry, drama, color, and wonder. Join us in celebrating our 35th Anniversary of making beautiful music for our community. Featured soloists include Melissa Wimbish, soprano; Rebecca Printz, alto; Joseph Regan, tenor; Carl Dupont, bass; and Eric Carey, evangelist. After the concert, patrons are invited to a silent auction and reception. More information and tickets are available bachinbaltimore.org or 410-941-9262.
