SA Host Annual Fundraiser, SYMPHONY HOMES FOR THE HOLIDAYS, 11/29-12/1
The Baltimore Symphony Associates host their annual holiday fundraiser, Symphony Homes for the Holidays, November 29 through December 1, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. The tour of elegantly decorated private residences will take place in Monkton, Md., starting at The Monkton Mill located at 2019 Monkton Rd., Monkton, Md. 21111.
Each year, approximately 2,000 people attend this seasonal tour of historic and elegant homes. Homeowners loan the use of the first floor to be decorated by local professional floral designers and talented amateur garden club members.
Guests will arrive at The Monkton Mill to begin their guided tour, and upon completion, will be returned to the starting point. Guests can peruse the boutique located at the tour’s start and purchase seasonal gifts and specialty decorations and visit the holiday snack shop for hot and cold drinks, pastries and other treats. All proceeds benefit the education programs of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.
