Infinity Theatre to Present ALMOST HEAVEN: SONGS OF JOHN DENVER, 6/10-7/28

Fresh after producing the critically acclaimed Broadway revival of DAMES AT SEA, Infinity Theatre Company will return to Annapolis with the first show of their 2016 mainstage season, ALMOST HEAVEN: SONGS OF JOHN DENVER. Infinity's second mainstage show will be announced on April 4th.

ALMOST HEAVEN will open on June 10th and play until July 28th at the CTA Theatre Complex, located at 1661 Bay Head Road in Annapolis, MD.

Conceived by Harold Thau and with orchestrations, vocal arrangements, and music supervision by Jeff Waxman, ALMOST HEAVEN weaves together the songs of John Denver to create a uniquely theatrical narrative that reflects upon the country during a time of massive change.

Many of Denver's songs - including "Rocky Mountain High," "Sunshine on My Shoulders," "Annie's Song," "Leaving on a Jet Plane," and more - are rediscovered and reinvented, performed against a backdrop of America in the late '60s and early '70s, a time of social unrest and political protest.

ALMOST HEAVEN: SONGS OF JOHN DENVER will run for 20 performances on the following dates:
