The Howard County Arts Council is seeking volunteers to assist at the 16th annual Celebration of the Arts gala on March 23, 2013 at the Peter and Elizabeth Horowitz Visual and Performing Arts Center, Howard Community College, Columbia. Volunteers are needed for various opportunities including Reception, Raffle Ticket Sales, Performance, Membership, Silent Auction, General Set-up, etc.

At 8 p.m. the show begins inside the Smith Theatre (with a simulcast for guests in the Studio Theatre) with the presentation of the Howie Awards and the Rising Star Competition!
