FPAC Announces The Box Office Opening For The Wedding Singer 9/20

The Franklin Performing Arts Company (FPAC) is pleased to announce that the box office will open September 20th for its presentation of The Wedding Singer, to be staged on October 22 and 23, 2010 at 8:00 pm. at the Franklin Country Club.

Based on the 1998 film of the same name, The Wedding Singer is a rollicking tribute to the ‘80s, with music by Matthew Sklar and lyrics by Chad Beguelin. The Tony-nominated musical takes place in New Jersey in 1985 and features the character of Robbie, a lead wedding singer rejected by his girlfriend at the altar.

The production will be directed by Nick Paone with musical direction by Hallie Wetzell and choreography by Kellie Stamp.

Tickets for the show, which include a dessert buffet at intermission, are $35 for adults and $25 for students/seniors. Tickets are available by contacting the FPAC box office at 508-528-8668. Reservations for dinner prior to the performances are available by contacting the Franklin Country Club at 508-528-6110.
