Everyman Theatre has announced the addition of Beth Hylton to its esteemed Resident Acting Company.  Ms. Hylton joins ten other noted actors in Everyman's Resident Acting Company.  Everyman Theatre draws on its Resident Company of professional actors when casting for productions each season.  The Resident Company establishes a special intensity born of working together season after season to create vivid, dynamic, and layered relationships on stage.

Ms. Hylton was most recently seen as Sarah in Everyman Theatre's critically acclaimed production of Time Stands Still by Donald Margulies.  She has also appeared at Everyman in the award-winning All My SonsFilthy Rich, and And a Nightingale Sang.  She will be seen next as Ivy in August: Osage County, Everyman's inaugural production at its new location on Fayette Street.

"I am simply thrilled to become a part of Everyman's Resident Company," said Ms. Hylton.  "It is a dream come true for me to have an artistic home, a group of talented actors and directors to work with, and a team committed to making the very best work possible.  Having such a home, such artists, and such a team will allow me to become the very best actor I can be, and I look forward to sharing my work in Baltimore for years and years to come."

Everyman Theatre is a professional Equity theatre company celebrating the actor, with the resident company of artists from the Baltimore/DC area.  Founded in 1990 by Vincent Lancisi, the theatre is dedicated to engaging the audience through a shared experience between actor and audience seeking connection and emotional truth in performance.  Everyman is dedicated to presenting high quality plays that are affordable and accessible to everyone.  The theatre company will be moving to its new location on Fayette Street in January, 2013.
