This is going to be a bit of a departure from my usual satirical articles. It has been approximately four months since I wrote a blog for BWW’s student column. But here’s the cold hard truth: I have had some serious writer’s block this semester. Something stopped clicking, and therefore so did my keyboard.
Of course, with all this talk of animals prompts a theatrical question: Do you ever sit back and wonder what happened to the animals who star on Broadway? Nope, me neither… until now. I’m no expert in the lives of the canines, felines, and other species who have tread the boards, but I can make some educated guesses.
This semester feels a little bit like the sequel to the fall.
I dare to ask the question: how do you update shows for a pandemic?
