Goodman Theatre Artistic Director Robert Falls and renowned actor Brian Dennehy bring their artistic partnership to new heights with Eugene O'Neill's haunting drama, Desire Under the Elms marking their fifth collaboration on O'Neill's work over two decades.

The Screwtape Letters features expanded holiday performance schedule to include December 29 and 30 at 8 p.m. and a special New Year's Eve performance on December 31. After the New Year's Eve 8 p.m. show, there will be a champagne toast in the theater lobby followed by a special talk-back with Max McLean (co-creator and star) and Jeffrey Fiske (co-creator and director), who will foster audience discussions about the show's provocative themes and answer questions about how they adapted C.S. Lewis' classic novel into a hit stage production.

Profiles Theatre, currently celebrating its 20th Anniversary Season, will host a benefit evening with acclaimed playwright and filmmaker Neil LaBute on Saturday, January 3, at Profiles Theatre, 4147 N. Broadway. The event will include a pre-show reception at 6:30 p.m., selected readings of LaBute's work at 7:30 p.m. and a post-show audience talkback and discussion with LaBute. Proceeds from the evening will benefit Profiles Theatre.
