Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts announces the bulk of its 2011-2012 season at The Barns at Wolf Trap, Wolf Trap's sophisticated yet casual indoor venue that provides a distinctively intimate experience with the arts and boasts some of the finest acoustics in the Mid-Atlantic region. While the following represents the bulk of the season, there will be several additions and revisions throughout the fall.

VOCA PEOPLE (www.VocaPeopleNYC.com), has arrived at the Westside Theatre (407 W. 43rd Street, Upstairs), and audiences and critics alike are cheering. This out-of-this-world musical combines vocal sounds, a-cappella singing, comedy and the art of beat box into an evening that is truly 'impressive' (The New Yorker). To celebrate, VOCA PEOPLE will be performing on The Late Show With Jimmy Fallon on Friday evening, August 5th and on Good Day New York on Tuesday, August 9th at 9:50am.

Barrow Street Theatre is proud to present a concert performance of The Civilians in Gone Missing, a wry and whimsical musical documentary, crafted from company interviews with real-life New Yorkers about things gone missing, from keys cell phones to dogs and friends...even sanity! BST produced, with The Civilians, the critically acclaimed commercial Off-Broadway production of Gone Missing that ran for 7 months in 2007. Directed and written by Steven Cosson with music by award-winning composer Michael Friedman, The Civilians portray more than thirty characters in their signature storytelling cabaret style.

Tribe of Fools is bringing the premiere of Heavy Metal Dance Fag to this year's Philly Fringe. The show is a satirical exploration of identity, sexuality, bullying and gender roles. Tribe of Fools puts their signature movement style and generous amounts of comic dancing into this story about South Philly dock worker Timmy Bagley, or T-Bag as his friends call him, who has a secret love of dancing - to 80's hair metal. The show runs September 2-11 at St. Stephen's Theatre, 10th and Ludlow Streets. Tickets cost $20. Tickets are available at the Philly Fringe Box Office and online at livearts-fringe.org.

One of the most successful comedies in recent years, Antony Jay and Jonathan Lynn's YES, PRIME MINISTER has played to sell out audiences at Chichester Festival Theatre and the Gielgud Theatre last year followed by a UK wide tour this Spring and is currently playing at the Apollo Theatre on Shaftesbury Avenue. At the end of the current run on September 17th, the production will pack up at the Apollo and move next door back into The Gielgud Theatre for a final 8 weeks.
