While walking down 1st ave. In Manhattan NYC, I was introduced to a place called 'House of Jai Yoga by fellow dancer Wendy Goldhill whom I had know since 1979 during my time as a young dancer, singer & performer here in NYC. I was reluctant but figured I would join her and bore myself with a bit of much needed stretching. To my surprise, I found myself enveloped by a delicious surrounding and blend of music, fragrance, comfort and performance. The 2 Master Yoga Trainers I experienced were Justin Randolph, a gentle yet confident young man with a background in voice & theatre and then to Angela Rauscher who took me to a place that brought me to tears. The combination of music, texture and personal journey of their own made my mind connect truly to my body. Mind, body & spirit is so loosely used in yoga and very few actually display it. Well, after all, Talent is key in teaching and getting through to anyone and both of these Master Yoga Trainers have just that!
