Two young drifters hanging out behind a Vermont coffee shop discussing art and the nature of the universe decide to teach a lonely high school student everything they know. THE ALIENS, "a gentle and extraordinarily beautiful new play" (New York Times) by Pulitzer Prize-Winner Annie Baker is being presented by The Theater Project, March 31 - April 3, at the Burgdorff Center for the Performing Arts, 10 Durand Rd, Maplewood.

According to Variety, Cary Elwes (Saw, The Princess Bride, Robin Hood: Men in Tights) will star opposite Penelope Cruz in Fernando Trueba's upcoming comedy-drama, THE QUEEN OF SPAIN. The movie is a sequel to Trueba's 1998 film The Girl of Your Dreams, which also starred Cruz.

According to Entertainment Weekly, SCANDAL's Dan Bucatinsky is joining the cast of the 24 reboot series - 24: LEGACY. Bucatinsky won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest Actor for his performance on SCANDAL as James Novak. Coral Pena (Blue Bloods) and Charlie Hofheimer (Mad Men) are also joining the 24: LEGACY cast. 

Vogue recently released a new clip from the upcoming documentary, BATTLE OF VERSAILLES, which is set to air this Sunday, March 6th. The film documents the November 28, 1973 Battle of Versailles fashion show, and prominently features Broadway diva Liza Minnelli, who began the fashion show with an unforgettable performance.
