Wexford Male Voice Choir is proud to present their 70th Anniversary Concert in Wexford Opera House on Saturday, June 18 at 8pm. This will be a celebration of the Choir's existence since its first public performance on June 18, 1941 in the old Theatre Royal.

An innovative and fresh reinterpretation of My Fair Lady brings Eliza Doolittle's London vibrantly to life and reinvigorates the memorable melodies and lyrics of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe. Molly Smith, Artistic Director of Washington D.C.'s Arena Stage, returns to The Shaw to direct a delight for the senses. MY FAIR LADY will officially open at the Shaw Festival on May 28, 2011.

Jennifer Blagen, Chris Carlson, Tracey Maloney and Bill McCallum will duke it out this summer in God of Carnage, opening May 28 2011, on the McGuire Proscenium Stage. Yasmina Reza's 2009 Tony Award-winning play, under the direction of Guthrie Associate Artistic Director John Miller-Stephany, pits two highly-strung couples against each other in a 90-minute laugh-out-loud comedy hailed as a 'four-way prize fight' by The New York Times.

Guitar Center, the world's largest musical instrument retailer, and DIRECTV, launch a new series of episodes of the award-winning music series Guitar Center Sessions this Saturday, May 28 with a new episode featuring Sum 41. Guitar Center Sessions features exclusive performances and intimate conversations conducted by Nic Harcourt. On Monday, May 30, 2011, New York Theatre Barn will present its monthly platform, now in its 4th year, for emerging musical theatre writers at the D-Lounge (at the Daryl Roth Theater). Featured writers for the May 2011 installment include Riley Thomas and Jonathan Larson Award winner Mike Pettry (The Time Traveler's Convention). In 1982, in an old farm up Upstate New York, Shulamith Koenig found a trove of foundry wooden patterns and molds, hand carved by artists over a century ago. These were immigrants applying their artistic passion to making a living, contributing to the foundation of industry in the United States. Keeping these patterns intact Shulamith places them in her sculpture, highlighting the dignity of these unknown artists, giving them life in works of art. The products made with these molds are long gone but in their unaltered form in Shulamith's sculpture, their beauty will never be obsolete.

The Candy Project will present the new punk rock musical fresh from the Off-Broadway stage this August.

The Northern California premiere of MARY POPPINS begins Thursday, June 2, 2011 at the Sacramento Community Center Theater for a limited 3-week engagement through Sunday, June 19, 2011. MARY POPPINS plays Tuesday through Saturday evenings at 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, Saturday and Sunday matinees at 2:00 p.m., with an additional evening performance on Sunday, June 5 at 7:30 p.m.
