Photo Coverage: Hurricane Sandy's Aftermath- Times Square Left Desolate; Plus the Latest on Cancellations & MoreOctober 30, 2012As a result of the suspension of public transportation by government authorities and additional safety precautions implemented due to severe weather on behalf of Hurricane Sandy, all Broadway performances on Tuesday evening, October 30th have been cancelled. Previously all performances were cancelled for Sunday evening October 28th, and Monday October 29th. It's expected that shows will resume performances on Wednesday, but we will keep you posted throughout the day as the cleanup begins.

Up on the Marquee- ELF!September 24, 2012ELF returns to Broadway this holiday season at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street). Performances will begin on Friday, November 9, 2012. The production will play a limited engagement of 9 weeks for the holiday season through Sunday, January 6, 2013. Benefit ConcertAugust 6, 2012In February 2011, Mark T Evans and William TN Hall under the umbrella of TNT Music debuted a new song series, designed to benefit important causes whilst showcasing the current work of new musical theatre writers. The first two editions have been huge successes and have comprised of material from musical theatre writers from all over NYC and beyond, from prestigious institutions such as the NYU Graduate MT Writing Program and the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theatre Workshop, performed by a small ensemble of professional actors.
The series held a concert last night, August 5, at Don't Tell Mama, which continues tonight at 7pm. This third edition benefits Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. Check out photos from the concert below!
