Stars from Broadway, Off-Broadway, and primetime TV are set to appear in "Four Scores and Seven Shows Ago...", a new musical revue by New York theater composer Daniel Lincoln, which will premiere in concert at the Laurie Beechman Theater on May 12 at 9:30pm as a benefit for Broadway Cares / Equity Fights Aids. The evening will include performances by Broadway's Brian Cali ("Master Class") and Michelle Dowdy ("Hairspray"), and television personalities Ryan Raftery ("Ugly Betty," "Law and Order:SVU," "Malcolm in the Middle"), and Sasha Weiss (ABC Primetime's "What Would You Do," "Jerry Springer, The Opera" at Carnegie Hall.) Also performing are Ricky Schroeder ("Naked Boys Singing"), Anne Frasier Thomas ("The Hunchback of Notre-Dame" - US & International Tours), Kyle Kleiboeker (Nat'l Tours: "Hairspray," "Rent"), MAC and BISTRO Award Winning singer and nightlife personality Brandon Cutrell, Jody Cole Wood, Brittany Marie Arnao, and Dimitri Joseph Moise.

Due to six sold out shows, the collaboration between Actors Theatre of Montana (who brought you Tulsa Lovechild and A Streetcar Named Desire) and Equinox Theatre Company has extended. Dee Dee Van Zyl directs four veteran actors in Yazmina Reza's edgy comedy, God of Carnage. The production opened on March 23rd and has now extended for one night on April 13.

Lehman Center for the Performing Arts continues its 31st season with a night of dance hits on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at 8pm. One of dance music's biggest stars for over three decades, GRAMMY Award winner GLORIA GAYNOR will perform with a full band. Her 1979 #1 hit, the greatest disco anthem of all time, "I Will Survive," is her signature song of inspiration that has touched the hearts of people all over the world. The song was inducted into the GRAMMY Hall of Fame at this year's ceremony in February. Urban and dance music phenomenon COLONEL ABRAMS will perform his biggest hits, including "Trapped," "I'm Not Gonna Let You" and "How Soon We Forget." Also performing will be THE HIT MEN, a group of six guys who made, played, sang and recorded the hits of the '60s, '70s and '80s. This group features original recording and performing members of such iconic bands as Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons and Tommy James and The Shondells and the original recording artists of such historic megahits as "Oh What a Night (Dec. '63)," "Sherry," "Bad, Bad, Leroy Brown" and 'Who Loves You."

On April 13, TheatreSquared will open The Fall of the House, the acclaimed new mystery by Artistic Director Robert Ford and directed by Sundown Town veteran Kevin C. Fox. Nominated for the Mystery Writers of America's 2011 Edgar Award, The Fall of the House connects the journeys of two American women, separated by centuries, revealing the desperate bargains we make for love. The ensemble and design team for the new production, sponsored by the Willard and Pat Walker Charitable Foundation, brings together a professional roster of artists from Chicago and Northwest Arkansas. Following a public preview April 12, The Fall of the House plays Friday, April 13 through Sunday, May 6 in the 175-seat Studio Theatre at Walton Arts Center's Nadine Baum Studios, with performances Thursdays at 7:30, Fridays at 7:30, Saturdays at 2:00 and 7:30, and Sundays at 2:00 and 7:00. MCC THEATER (Robert LuPone, Bernard Telsey, William Cantler, Artistic Directors; Blake West, Executive Director) announced today that Carrie will be filmed and preserved for the Lincoln Center Library For The Performing Arts' Theatre On Film and Tape Archive during the matinee performance on Saturday, April 7th, marking the first-ever professional recording of the legendary show. As previously announced, Carrie will close following the evening performance on Sunday, April 8, 2012 (after 34 previews and 46 performances), concluding an initial 8-week run and 2-week extension.
