Second Impression presents the Brighton Fringe Premiere of a New Black Comedy All Fingers and Thumbs By David Weedall.

Newsies will move to Broadway's Nederlander Theatre for a strictly limited 101 performance run this spring, following its critically-hailed run at Paper Mill Playhouse in fall 2011. The musical, featuring a score by eight-time Academy Award® winner Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Sister Act) and Jack Feldman, and a book by four-time Tony Award® winner Harvey Fierstein (La Cage aux Folles, Torch Song Trilogy), will play its first Broadway preview on March 15th prior to its March 29th opening night; the final performance is scheduled for June 10th.

Lin Esser's new exhibition, 'Unconventional Tableaux,' began, in part, as an effort to replace a Dia de los Muertos box lost during childhood. Further inspired by the eccentric subjects of English symbolism, sinister figures of the renaissance and the anthropomorphic tableaux of Victorian naturalism, Esser soon found himself caught up in the creation of an entire body of three-dimensional works that he later began calling 'tableaux.' His dark introspective vision and extensive experience with film and theater lend a sense of the dramatic to these macabre yet playful narratives about the joys and sorrow of everyday life and beyond.

Tony Award-winning actress, singer and songwriter Idina Menzel, star of Broadway's Wicked and the original stage production of Rent, will make her debut at the Gallo Center for the Arts at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, June 5, performing her brand new live show. The Wednesday Repertory Company and Artistic Director Bruce Ornstein present: Under the Table. This marks the third showcase performed by the Wednesday Repertory Company. Under the Table features a diverse group of over 20 actors in a series of original one-act plays. All plays are written, directed, and performed by members of the Wednesday Repertory Company. It will be a night of comedy and drama and everything in between!

The Shakespeare Players program of the Rochester Community Players (RCP) brings the tale of Timon of Athens to life!

Pacific Symphony Pops sweeps the audience off to a world of romance, wit, intrigue and remarkable music as the orchestra recreates the score-live!-to the classic film, "Casablanca," shown on the big screen. Led by Principal Pops Conductor Richard Kaufman, the Symphony delivers the emotion captured in the triumphant soundtrack created by old Hollywood's best-known composer Max Steiner. Featuring the popular song "As Time Goes By," played by Sam (Dooley Wilson), the 1942 film is one from the Golden Age that has captured America's hearts for decades with the nostalgic love affair between Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman's characters. Set in exotic Morocco during World War II, with memorable characters, quotable dialogue-"We'll always have Paris," "Here's looking at you, kid"-and a beloved score, the film was an instant success, winning three Academy Awards including Best Picture and a nomination for Best Score.
