The concert decided the fates of those songs... because Katie is MAKING A NEW ALBUM and played through every bitter-sweet love, sexy dull-hate, and tragically funny moment she's had since 'KT LIVE' -or at least as many of them that she could fit in an hour!

A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens (dramatized by Martha B. King) will be the Fall 2009 show for Grosse Pointe Theatre's Youth on Stage. Executive Director Emmajean Evans is now taking registrations from interested young actors, grades 3 through 8. The registration fee is $150 for 13 class sessions and two performances. Enrollment in Youth on Stage requires that a parent or grandparent be a member of Grosse Pointe Theatre.

The Alchemy Theatre, in association with LAByrinth Theater Company, are presenting the critically 'Sweet Storm' by Scott Hudson, who was recently awarded the Daryl Roth 2009 Creative Spirit Award, Off Broadway at The Kirk Theatre (Theatre Row), 410 West 42nd Street, NYC.

By popular demand, the hit show 'The Temperamentals' is having another special 'Gay Men Night' (singles and others) on Sunday, August 16th. Mark Indelicato, Philadelphia native and star of the smash hit ABC Television series 'Ugly Betty,' returned to his hometown when he joined the faculty of THE BROADWAY DREAMS FOUNDATION'S (BDF) Summer Performing Arts Intensive Program. The 15 year old actor, who is best known as fashion-obsessed Justin Suarez on the Emmy nominated series, spent the day at the program participating in a Q&A session and performing alongside the students in the final concert. BDF's Summer Performing Arts Intensive Program was held at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts (300 South Broad Street) Tuesday, August 4 through Saturday, August 9, 2009.

The TEEN CHOICE AWARDS 2009 took place last night at the Gibson Amphitheatre, Universal City, CA. At the live ceremony yesterday evening, Sunday August 9th, 'Twilight' star Robert Pattinson claimed surf boards both for best movie actor and best hottie.
