Ensemble Mercury is a theatre company created in the fall of 2015 when founder Diane Irwin wanted to direct a piece of theatre with recent fellow graduates of Texas State University. The group was created as an artistic support system for the ensemble as well as a vessel for emotionally impactful and minimalistic theatre. The first production of Ensemble Mercury was the brand-new John Cariani play Love/Sick in January 2016, which received critical acclaim.
