Horizon Theatre To Stage MADELINE'S CHRISTMAS Throughout December

A beloved Atlanta holiday tradition, Madeline's Christmas will return to the stage at Horizon Theatre, December 1-30 to bring merriment and cheer to all! Families are invited to join Madeline and friends for a magical musical adaption of Ludwig Bemelmans' classic children's tale. Featuring 24 local girls performing alongside professional actors in collaboration with The Atlanta Children's Theatre Company, this show is a must-see holiday hit!
In the production's 11-year history, more than 240 local girls have realized their dream of performing with a professional theatre company as part of the Madeline's Christmas cast. This year's cast features girls, ages 8 to 12, from four metro Atlanta counties and 20 different schools.
"These young, local actresses are incredibly talented and enchant audiences year after year," said Co-Artistic Director Lisa Adler "Whether it's your first or 11th time coming to Horizon Theater to see Madeline's Christmas, the heart-warming show is sure to put you in the holiday spirit."
Madeline's Christmas will run December 1-30. Performances are weekends at 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. with additional school day matinee and holiday week show times. Tickets are $12 for children and $15 for adults. Tickets and information are available at horizontheatre.com or by calling 404.584.7450.
Based on one of the most popular children's books of all time, the story follows Madeline and friends as they figure out a way to make it home for Christmas after they've come down with the flu! With the arrival of a mysterious stranger, the "twelve little girls in two straight lines" end up with a magical and memorable holiday beyond their wildest dreams!

Ticket prices are subject to change. Box office fee will be added to all ticket orders. Internet convenience fee added to all online orders. No refunds, exchanges or late seating.
Group discounts are available for these shows: the matinee performances on Tuesday, December 4 and Wednesday, December 5 at 10:30 a.m. School and daycare groups of 10 or more receive a discount of $3 off of general admission ticket prices.
