Will Ferrell's You're Welcome America. A Final Night with George W Bush, still in its first month of performances, has broken a Cort Theatre house record - taking in $871,127 for the week ending on February 22ND. This breaks the house record set during the previous week, with an increase of almost $25,000.

You're Welcome America... will conclude its Broadway run on SUNDAY, MARCH 15th at 7pm. It will have played 18 previews and 46 regular performances.

Will Ferrell makes his Broadway debut in this show which will be directed by Adam McKay, Ferrell's longtime collaborator, and director of the comedy classics Anchorman, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, and this past summer's box office hit Step Brothers.

It's time for a change in America, but not without a few parting words from the 43rd President of the United States. Don't miss your chance to discover the man behind the myth, the truth behind the lies, and the logic behind the illogical in this limited Broadway event.

"You're Welcome America. A Final Night with George W Bush" is being produced by Jeffrey Richards, Jerry Frankel and Steve Traxler, the producing team behind the current August: Osage County and Speed-The-Plow, Will Ferrell and Adam McKay's Gary Sanchez Productions with Executive Producer Jessica Elbaum, and Bat-Barry Productions, Ken Davenport, Ergo Entertainment, Ronald Frankel, Jon B. Platt, James D. Stern, The Weinstein Company, Tara Smith/b. Swibel, Dede Harris/Sharon Karmazin, and Arny Granat.
