The Barrow Group Theatre will present the world premiere of Makeout Session by Kenan Minkoff. The show will begin previews October 6 toward an official opening on October 20.

Makeout Session is the story of a guy and girl who meet in 1987 at the age of fifteen, where they fall hopelessly in love and helplessly in lust. They meet again in 1997 with a much different outcome.

Press materials promise that the characters will make out 27 times in Act 1 as the play explores issues of virginity. In Act 2, which explores issues of a broken heart, only one instance of making out is promised.

Minkoff's last play was The Salacious Uncle Baldrick, which premiered in the 2005 New York International Fringe Festival.

The show features music by The Beatles. Andrew Pastides plays the guy, while Adrian Wyatt plays the girl. Matt Cowart directs.

The TBG Theatre is located at 312 West 36th Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues. The show plays Friday at 8, Saturday at 3 and 8, and Sunday at 3.

Tickets are $20. For reservations, please visit www.smarttix.com or call (212) 868-4444.
