The fifth annual VH1 TRAILBLAZER HONORS will celebrate groundbreaking screenwriter, director and producer Ryan Murphy, LGBTQ and civil rights hero, author and activist James Baldwin, the ACLU and social activists Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin. American singer, songwriter and record producer Bebe Rexha is also set to perform.

This year's ceremony will broaden its focus to include trailblazers of diversity within the LGBTQ community and BEYOND by shining a spotlight on the inspiring people and social movements that have changed our world.
