NEWS YOU MISSED YESTERDAY:

Broadway Weather Forecast: Sunny all day with a high of 88; thunderstorms late tonight.

Quote of the Day: In honor of A CHORUS LINE at Surflight, here are a few words from the great Marvin Hamlisch...

Maybe I'm old-fashioned. But I remember the beauty and thrill of being moved by Broadway musicals - particularly the endings of shows.
-- Marvin Hamlisch (via BrainyQuote)

Video of the Day: The classic Lesley Ann Warren version of Rodgers & Hammerstein's CINDERELLA will be out on DVD next month. Watch a clip of "Impossible" below, and check out three more scenes here!

And finally, a Happy Birthday shout-out to Paul Reubens, who turns 63 today!

Best known as "Pee-wee Herman", star of the long-running children's series Pee-wee's Playhouse, Reubens took The Pee-Wee Herman Show to Broadway in 2010.
