Good morning, BroadwayWorld! Because we know all our readers eat, sleep and breathe Broadway, what could be better than waking up to it? Today's big news: HONOR BOUND opens off-Broadway, Elaine Paige launches her new show and ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS kicks off its UK tour!

TODAY'S TOP ITEMS:

WHAT YOU MISSED YESTERDAY:

Broadway Weather Forecast: Some rain this morning, then clouds this afternoon with a high of 65.

Quote of the Day: Theatre has time for everyone and everything...

"The theatre is a place where one has time for the problems of people to whom one would show the door if they came to one's office for a job."
-- Tennessee Williams (via Goodreads)

What we're looking forward to AND currently watching: The just-released trailer for Alan Menken's upcoming musical comedy series GALAVANT -- watch! And speaking of fairytales, we can't wait to see who will play FROZEN's Queen Elsa in ABC's ONCE UPON A TIME. I know, I know, it's not until next season, but we are totally geeking out over this character cross-over. So much good TV, so little time! That's why they invented the DVR...

Video of the Day: In honor of ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS kicking off its National Tour at the Lyceum today, check out a clip of the production's original star James Corden performing as part of the "National Theatre: 50 Years On Stage" event earlier this year!

And finally a Happy Birthday shout-out to Cate Blanchett, who turns 45, and Martine McCutcheon, who hits 38 today!

Blanchett starred in Plenty in the West End in 1999 and later took on the lead role of Hedda Gabler at the Syndey Theatre Company in 2004. She and her husband Andrew Upton acted as Artistic Directors of the Sydney Theatre from 2007-2012, where Blanchett starred in A Streetcar Named Desire, Uncle Vanya and The Maids, which will appear at Lincoln Center this August. The actress has won two Academy Awards for her performances in The Aviator and Blue Jasmine. She is also known for her roles in The Lord of the Rings trilogy and the films Elizabeth: The Golden Age, Notes on a Scandal, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

McCutcheon is a singer and actress perhaps best known for her role as 'Tiffany Mitchell' in the BBC's EastEnders and for her potrayal of 'Natalie' in the 2003 romantic comedy Love Actually. As a solo pop artist, she hit No. 1 with her debut single "Perfect Moment" and went on to release three albums. McCutcheon starred onstage as 'Eliza Doolittle' in My Fair Lady in 2002; her performance won her the Olivier Award that year.
