Prolific stage actor John Cullum last starred on Broadway in CASA VALENTINA. Before that, he appeared in THE SCOTTSBORO BOYS, AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY, CYMBELINE, 110 IN THE SHADE (Tony nomination in 2007), THE GRINCH, SOMETHING GOOD, URINETOWN (another Tony nod in 2002), SHOW BOAT, ASPECTS OF LOVE, SHENANDOAH (which won him his first Tony Award in 1975), PRIVATE LIVES, DEATHTRAP, ON THE TWENTIETH CENTURY (his second Tony win in 1978), 1776, MAN OF LA MANCHA, ON A CLEAR DAY YOU CAN SEE FOREVER (his first Tony nomination in 1966), HAMLET, CAMELOT, SAINT JOAN and more. Among his off-Broadway credits are DETROIT, THE OTHER SIDE, PURLIE at Encores! and FINIAN'S RAINBOW in concert, CANDIDE, ROSE'S DILEMMA, ALL MY SONS, KING LEAR and more. He also helmed off-Broadway's PEOPLE IN SHOW BUSINESS MAKE LONG GOODBYES. Cullum also returned to HAMLET and 1776 on the big screen, and counts INHERIT THE WIND, KILL YOUR DARLINGS, LOVE IS STRANGE, and the upcoming CHRISTINE among his film credits. The actor also recently starred on the small screen in THE MIDDLE.
