Quote of the Day: Birthday boy Rainn Wilson on expanding his range...

"I found it very easy to transform into creeps and weirdos and losers and goof-balls, and I'm happy to play eccentric kinds of characters, and I have a great affinity for the outsider, but I definitely am about expanding my range as well."
-- Rainn Wilson (via BrainyQuote)

What we're watching: Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga's CHEEK TO CHEEK LIVE! concert, coming to DVD and Blu-ray today!

And a Happy Birthday shout-out to Rainn Wilson, who turns 49 today!

Best known for his role as 'Dwight Schrute' in the long-running TV comedy The Office, Wilson made his Broadway debut in 1995 in The Tempest. He appeared onstage in London Assurance two years later. Wilson kicks off a new TV series Backstrom this week on FOX and will next be seen on the big screen in Uncanny and The Boy.
