Conor Ryan to Join Kate Baldwin in Andrew Lippa's JOHN & JEN for Keen Company

The Drama Desk and Obie Award-winning Keen Company today announced that Conor Ryan (most recently seen in the Broadway production of Cinderella) would join Kate Baldwin would star in a rare revival of John & Jen, the musical with music by Andrew Lippa, lyrics by Tom Greenwald, and a book by Greenwald and Lippa. This production will include the premiere of a new song, "Trouble with Men."

Conor Ryan recently made his Broadway debut as part of the ensemble and as understudy for Prince Topher in the Broadway production of Cinderella. Most recently, Off-Broadway audiences have seen him in The Fortress of Solitude at The Public Theater. His regional credits include West Virginia Public Theatre. His training includes a BFA in Musical Theatre from University of Michigan, Walnut Hill School for the Arts, Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School.

Kate Baldwin's Broadway credits include Big Fish, Finian's Rainbow (Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award nominations), Wonderful Town, Thoroughly Modern Millie, and The Full Monty. An early work from celebrated composer Andrew Lippa (The Wild Party, I Am Harvey Milk) and lyricist Tom Greenwald, John & Jen is an intimate story about connections, commitments and the healing of the human heart. The musical premiered Off-Broadway in 1995. The original cast recording was re-released by Ghostlight Records in digital form in 2012.

Performances for this limited Off-Broadway engagement of John & Jen at The Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row (410 West 42nd Street, between 9th and 10th Avenues) will begin performances February 10th, with Opening Night set for February 26th.
